How the model works

This app treats organization as a repeatable, portable unit. Each Cell can support one workplace, many workplaces, or no workplace at all. The point is to give people a shared place to identify needs, exchange skills, organize action, and build economic resilience together.

1. Form a trusted group Start with a small circle of people who actually want to show up consistently.

2. Define roles and rhythms Keep it lightweight: organizer, communicator, builder, connector.

3. Track needs, offers, and opportunities Jobs, clients, childcare, rides, tools, skills, money, and shared goals.

4. Connect outward Link Cells together into a distributed network without forcing everyone into one hierarchy.
